My goal with movement as a personal trainer is to make it enjoyable and feel good for you! I'm here to support and guide you to push yourself to new levels with your fitness. My approach is slow and steady focused on starting with a solid foundation.

1 on 1 training

One on One training is completely customized to fit your needs and goals. I will take into account your history/ preferences to build workouts that get you to FeelWell.

Small Group Training

This is for 2-3 people. If you want to workout with a friend or two, this is for you! These are best if you are similar in abilities. The workouts will incorporate more modifications to meet everyone at their fitness level. 

Danielle knows how to assess capabilities very quickly, even virtually, and has built me amazing (and ever-evolving) workout routines that keep me challenged, but never  overwhelmed or bored.   She uses positive affirmation and her knowledge of how to get results is impressive.
